NEW UNIONGRAM PROCESSING

UNIONGRAMS are a way you can let members of our congregation know you are thinking about them - wishing them well when they are having a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or wedding.

This is a sample of what the Uniongram card looks like with your message.

All you need to do is:

• Review the January–April 2021 list that was mailed to you.
• Complete the form either
          1. Online in the fillable document form  Link
          2. Or by writing your choices on the page included in the mailing
• Then, mail your printed form and your check to
