Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ)
is a vast network of affiliated Reform sisterhoods/women’s groups and individual members, of which WBHC was a founding member in 1913. WRJ provides resources and leadership education for women’s groups throughout North America and serves as the voice for social justice issues of importance to Jewish women.  It offers opportunities for sisterhood, spirituality and social Justice: stronger together.

WRJ Mid-Atlantic District (WRJMAD)
Founded in 1916, is one of eight WRJ geographical regions with affiliated sisterhoods in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia and Charleston West Virginia to which WBHC belongs.  Acting as liaison between local sisterhoods and WRJ, it provides assistance, resources and programs to its women’s groups.  It usually offers annual in person meetings around the district.

The Federation of Jewish Women’s Organizations of Maryland
is an umbrella group of non-profit organizations and sisterhoods in Maryland committed to leadership training, support of the Jewish community and advocacy of issues of major concern, founded in 1916.

Maryland Legislative Agenda for Women (MLAW)
is a statewide coalition of women’s groups, non-profit organizations and individuals that provides a non-partisan, independent voice to mobilize and support key legislation concerning the issues for women and families.
