Please note the below form is for both dinner following services on Friday, December 19, 2025 AND for our Celebratory Kiddush and learning with Dr. Hochman following services on Saturday, December 20.

The Cost For Dinner is  $36.00 per adult.
There is no cost for children 13 and under.
RSVP Required by Thursday, December 11th

We will do our best to reserve a table so you can sit together.
